Shona Robson
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Shona is the founder of Zenvito and Ion Cyber. With a passion for shiny new tech and getting things right the first time, Shona brings energy and great leadership to our culture.
As a senior program manager and a cybersecurity specialist with more than 12 years of experience working across both the IT private sector and the Commonwealth government, Shona has held senior positions in some of the biggest industry names including Datacom and the Australian Department of Defence.
Shona is responsible for delivering many complex technical programs of work involving teams of more than 500 staff located in different countries and time zones, making her one of the most highly skilled and in-demand cyber program managers in Australia. Shona has received awards for her contribution to the IT industry in APAC and was noted as one to watch in the IT landscape under 30.
Dani Storey
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Dani is the founder of Cyqiq and the team leader of forgetfulness. Thankfully she’s much better with technology than she is remembering to do things. With a passion for problem solving and emerging technology, Dani brings a great enthusiasm to our team and customers.
As a senior solutions architect with more than 12 years of experience working across both the IT private sector and the Australian government, Dani has held many senior roles for some of IT’s biggest names, including Delv and Leidos, and has worked with many of the local councils throughout Australia for their smart city needs.
Dani is attributed to the technical design of many digital transformations throughout a number of government departments and is seen as an industry leader in the smart city space, being the recipient of the 2019 Woman in IoT award.
Kensi Dias
FINANCE MANAGER
Kensi is our financial whiz overseeing our accounting and client administration functions. She keeps the back of house humming nicely so our tech teams can focus less on commercials and more on their delivery.
Kim Semiglia
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Kim heads up our marketing and social media team. She is passionate about customer journey improvement and adding value to our customers. She is the creative brain behind our blog and video campaign series’.
Victoria Mstari
PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER
Victoria is at the forefront of our company culture. She places a heavy focus on making TEC a great place to work, as well working with our staff on their training and development goals. She coordinates a range of social activities and fun team challenges, and supports our staff with anything they need. Culture is something we take very seriously at TEC and it certainly keeps Victoria busy!
